KiloPro Privacy Policy

Overview

KiloPro is a driver profit tracking app that helps you record rides, expenses, rewards, fuel costs, work sessions, distance, and analytics. KiloPro stores the data you enter to calculate your dashboard, records, and analytics.

Data you enter

KiloPro may store the following information locally on your device:

• Ride records, fare amounts, distance, duration, payment method, tips, and notes
• Platform names used for manual categorization
• Expenses and rewards
• Work sessions and calculated work distance
• Fuel, vehicle, and idle-fuel settings
• Currency, distance unit, language, enabled platforms, and other app preferences
• Local notification preferences

KiloPro does not request or store payment card numbers or bank-account credentials.

Location

GPS work-session tracking is optional. KiloPro requests location access only when you choose to start or configure GPS work-session tracking. Location updates help calculate work-session distance. If you grant background location access, tracking may continue while an active GPS work session is running and the screen is locked or another app is open.

Location tracking stops when the GPS work session ends. KiloPro stores the calculated session distance, not a route-coordinate history. You can use odometer mode without Location permission and can revoke Location or Precise Location permission in iOS Settings.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, KiloPro schedules optional local notifications to help you record rides, expenses, rewards, and work sessions. You can turn reminders off in KiloPro or disable notifications in iOS Settings. KiloPro does not register your device for remote push notifications.

Storage and retention

KiloPro stores your records locally on your device. KiloPro currently has no user account, developer-operated backend, or account-based cloud sync. Device backups, if enabled, are controlled by your iOS and Apple backup settings. Records remain until you delete them, use Delete My Data, or remove the app and its local data.

Sharing, advertising, and tracking

AirDevLabs does not sell your data. KiloPro does not use your data for third-party advertising or tracking and contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK. The app does not transmit your ride, financial, or location records to an AirDevLabs server. Apple system services may process permissions, local notifications, backups, and diagnostics under your device settings and Apple’s policies.

Deleting your data

You can edit or delete individual records or use Delete My Data in KiloPro Settings to remove rides, expenses, rewards, work sessions, fuel settings, platform settings, app preferences, and analytics generated from those local records. Local deletion cannot be undone. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored data, subject to any device backup managed by iOS or Apple.

KiloPro is intended as a driver work and financial-record tool and is not directed to children.
