KiloPro Terms of Use
Important terms for using KiloPro as a personal driver record and estimation tool.

Acceptance of terms
By using KiloPro, you agree to these Terms of Use and the KiloPro Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Personal tracking tool
KiloPro is a personal driver income, cost, distance, fuel, reward, and profit tracking tool. You enter and manage your own records. KiloPro does not connect to external driver-platform accounts.
Estimates and accuracy
Calculations and analytics are estimates based on the information you enter, device measurements, and configured assumptions. KiloPro does not guarantee actual earnings, platform payouts, tax accuracy, accounting accuracy, fuel consumption, GPS distance, outside-trip distance, or hourly and per-distance profitability.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking ride records, platform statements, expenses, receipts, work distance, fuel use, and financial decisions. KiloPro is not financial, tax, accounting, legal, employment, or safety advice.
GPS and fuel limitations
GPS distance may vary because of signal quality, device hardware, permissions, background restrictions, battery settings, or environmental conditions. Fuel and idle-fuel estimates depend on your settings and assumptions and may differ from actual vehicle consumption.
Safe use
Do not interact with KiloPro while driving if it could distract you. Enter or review information only when it is safe and lawful. Follow local traffic laws and the rules that apply to your work and driver platforms.
Platform names and affiliation
Uber, Bolt, inDrive, and custom platform names are used only for manual categorization and personal reporting. KiloPro and AirDevLabs are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Uber, Bolt, inDrive, or any other driver platform. All third-party names belong to their respective owners.
Privacy and local data
Your use of KiloPro is governed by the Privacy Policy. KiloPro does not provide an account or developer-operated cloud backup. You are responsible for retaining any records you need.
Apple Standard EULA
Your use of KiloPro is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
